Exercise is one of the most ignored aspects by busy people. Not only does exercise help you feel better about yourself, it also helps you perform better at the workplace. Regular exercise makes your body stronger, allowing you to work longer and lessens the chance of getting sick.

A Little Leisure Goes a Long Way

Set realistic goals that you can easily keep. For example, leave the office one hour earlier every night to spend time with your family or a hobby. Even during an especially busy day, you can still allocate 15 minutes of free time just to take a deep breath and relax.
