So first Becca, early last week spent 24 hours vomiting, sleeping, not eating … then just as we were preparing to go out after the kids were tucked into bed, Ethan threw up all over me. yum. ugh.
So we canceled our night out, bathed the sick boy, cleaned up and J being superstar [...]

… How week 2 went …
Well I feel a whole lot better than I did the first week. I have lost 5 lbs (2.2 kilos) which I consider a great start considering I am not “dieting” instead I am not snacking after 7pm and then the exercising.
