We took the kids to the Parade of Lights again this year. Thankfully it did not rain like last year. We had a great time, although the parade itself was a tad long. The kids are so exhausted, it is cute. Fun to go out “late” once in a long while with them.
So I did cut a good 7 inches off my hair. It is shoulder length and I like it. I miss the dramatic length but I know this will be easier to maintain at the moment.
My tummy is still way upset but I just keep ignoring it and moving forward. Plus my arm has had a terrible reaction to the vaccination. It is all swollen, hot to the touch and very sore. Not fun.
Still one more day of the weekend. I hope to relax a little more tomorrow. J had to go into work today to give a tour & demonstration to parents and prospective students, so I was solo for a while.

woohoo!!! you look hawt!!!
we were there too! Geordie’s first! Agree…long but mainly due to the slowness and stopping of floats. Last time I was to the parade of lights was when it first started and my band was in it. It was raining and all we did was march up and down Spring Garden. Enjoyed it more this time!

Sounds fun! Long hair is way overrated as a mom. You look great!
nicole @ much more than a mom´s last blog ..One may be the loneliest number, but eight is the easiest.
I can totally see Becca in your face, more than ever now!
