Sounds like a busy time. My favourite feature of a house is a porch, I don't have one on my current home and I miss it. My favourite functional feature would be laundry on the same floor as the bedrooms, and again I don't have that. :) Good on you for running. Do you use a GPS watch to monitor yourself? I am training and doing my first 5K this weekend.
