J Got the job in HALIFAX …
WE ARE GOING HOME!
My heart races every time I think about it.
J starts his new position, January 1, 2008.
That gives us approximately ten weeks to pack up (doesn’t it feel like we just got here? Oh wait, we DID!) and hike up to Canada.
I couldn’t be happier.
I will give you all more details in the weeks to come, about the job, Halifax, how we are
moving … you know all the juicey stuff!
We are going to have a celebration here on the blog so watch for it come Monday! A whole MONTH or more of contests! I am so excited! While I was waiting for the news I had formulated a few ideas for give-aways for the next few weeks.
OMG.
I am in shock.
I had no doubt J was the right guy for the job.
We are finally going home.
What a journey.
Home.

Good for you! The prezzie of all Christmas prezzies. Mind you, moving home is supposed to be one of the top three most stressful things that one can endure! Better start charging the emergency power packs.

Oh Chelle, I literally got all goosebumpy and teary-eyed for you when I saw the title of this post in bloglines and that it was “on job” so just knew what was coming. How much of a dork am I?! I know this move back home has been a long time coming for you, and I am seriously just so freaking happy for you right now. I can’t wait to read all about your life in Canada…umm, you ARE going to keep up this blog even when you move back, right? I mean, there are SO many more of us reading than your dad and MIL.
Oh, and can we talk about why I have such trouble loading your blog? I really would comment so much more often than I do if it didn’t take so long…I feel guilty that I don’t since you are the queen of commenting!!

It takes so long to load and sometimes it just freezes up where I have to shut down that page. I know you’re on MAC and I have a PC, so I thought it was just me, but I don’t know what kind of computer Momma Bee is using. I did upgrade to IE7 hoping that would help, but it hasn’t seem to do much.

New Mexico isn’t bad, it just isn’t good for some people. Especially us North East girls who know how pretty New Mexico ISN’T. I hated it because it didn’t have Colorado’s Mountains, or New York’s trees.

My Haim is starting his orientation for his new job today in Pittsburgh. I hope itwill be the compensation he needs after all these years.
