Growing like a Weed!

Written by Chelle on Friday

Becca Then & Now

Pic of the Day ~ Becca Then & Now

J & I are definately taking advantage of our holidays :P Once again we were up late playing PS2, then at it again while Becca napped today.

Becca is growing so much! I think she is going to take after her Daddy and be uber tall! She is outgrowing her clothes at an alarming rate. It seems even faster than when she was wee little! I have been holding off buying clothes, waiting for spring to arrive (lol wishful thinking on my part eh?). Instead it looks like I will be going out and picking up a few things to tide us over.

I cannot believe tomorrow is New Years Eve!!! J & I are planning to order chinese and ring in the New Year together. Probably get sloshed and fall asleep before midnight, lol! Becca will be heading to bed at her regular time. Since she has no clue about New Years there is little purpose ruining her schedule.

OMG! So yeah Becca was awake again last night around midnight. How weird is that? She does not get out of bed and is not loud, just awake, talks a little & shuffles around. Odd child!?

What are your big plans for New Years? Home-bodies like us? Wild and crazy night on the town??

There’s a Canada World Junior game on followed by a Flames-Oilers game so it looks like we won’t be leaving the house!
    Happy New Year!

We’re homebodies - sort of - we go to the same “house party” (there’s just us and 2 other couples) every year for dinner followed by a game of Trivial Pursuit.

Have a very Happy New Year!

I’m a total homebody on New Years. I feel so old and boring sometimes, but I really do feel much safer and happier at home with the family on New Years. I hope you have a very happy one!!

She’s so cute! They grow like weeds don’t they? I’ve been saving some 9 month stuff for Sierra - I pulled them out, washed them and guess what? She’s almost outgrown them already!
