Well it looks like Becca and I are over the flu! YAY! We attended Mother Goose today and took out a couple kid CD’s from the library. Once home, Becca struggled to eat. It looks like her eye teeth on the top are coming in!! Poor kid! It looks so sore!

Becca took an extra long nap this afternoon and gave me the opprotunity to clean our bathroom. Which i hate to say it, but needed it desperately since the flu epidemic at our house!!!

It is so nice being back in the game of life. I feel so bad for J! He was house nurse for a few days and now is scrambling to catch up with work. I am determined to make his life as easy as possible the next few weeks. And with good karma on our side he should be able to complete his thesis!

Talked with my Grandma tonight. She is such a sweetie!! I can hardly wait to see her!!!

I am still on the tired side so I am heading to bed….Oh about the pic of the day….hehe we have become quite obsessive about taking the picture. We are both looking for the oprotune times to snap the sacred picture! Today we could not resist the classic, “I fed myself” pic! Becca seems to ONLY want to feed herself these days!! Making mealtimes long and messy!! Oh if she only knew how to use a spoon!!!

Ok I am still uber sick =( I spent the entire day in bed (thanks to my kind husband for taking care of Becca)….Oooo the tummy cramps. Nothing is worse than the stomach flu.

It did give J & I a chance to talk about moving and look at prices and stuff. Got to love surfing the internet in bed on the laptop! Becca has been awesome all day! I think her stomach is on the mend and she is starting to eat a little more! We may have found an apartment in CA!!! The internet rocks!

UGH! I am going back to bed…..Man I hope this passes soon!

Ok profound apologies for not posting yesterday, but I was dying! Yes Dying with the flu. Ugh! It started Friday night. We were eating supper early so we could pick up the supplies for the mom2mom sale from Carrie’s place. UGH I felt icky. But we went and set up, even found a couple great deals for Becca. Once we were home I felt worse and worse, just after Becca got out of the tub I flew into the bathroom and totally vomited 3x. I felt terrible. Totally nursed Becca and prayed she would sleep. Once she was down, I totally had the chills to the point i was shivering and my teeth were chattering! So I made it throught the night and felt ok in the morning. J, Becca and I went to the mom2mom sale and once again I was totally woozey. I held off until the sale was almost over then ran to the bathroom and totally threw up in the sink because the tolite was plugged!!!!! It was horrible, but once I puked I was able to clean up everything, get the stuff back to Carrie’s then colapse into bed for the rest of the afternoon. Poor J was totally not feeling super either but the trooper that he is held out so I could sleep. Meanwhile, Becca puked about and was still ahving diaherra. *sigh* Totally sucks when the whole family is ill.

I feel much better today, although my tummy is still flipping over ever once and a while. Becca is still iffy. She is napping with her daddy at the moment. Poor kid if she feels half as bad as I did, I have no idea how she made it through!

The mom2mom sale was neat. I am glad J and I helped out Carrie. OMG her son is sooo cute! So tiny and sweet. It is so easy to forget what babies are like right at the beginning of their lives! Carrie seems to be doing well!

At the sale we purchased a cute Little Tikes Kitchen, a wooden rocking horse and one outfir for Becca. She seems a lil short for the rocking horse, but loves the kitchen!!!

Well I am off to catch up from yesterday. Everything seems to pile up in the one day you are out of commission.

Oh, sounds like the flu is spreadinf to everyone =( I hope you feel better soon Kate! Please do not share it with your Mommy & Daddy!!!

Ok I am posting a lil earlier than usual. Becca, J and I are going to set up the table at the mom2mom sale tonight and I have to get up earlier than normal tommorrow so I figured I better do this early!

Becca is still not feeling well. Diahera is a nasty thing in a baby!!! Poor girl, everything is just shooting right through her. But she is so happy and content, it must be a stomach flu. I am nursing and not attempting to wean until the illness sudsides. *sigh* I just want Becca to feel better!

We ran a few errands this morning then after lunch we mowed the lawn. I figured it was the least I could do for J since he is helping me with this sale.

I am off to do some more around the house before Becca wakes up and J gets home. Maybe I can get in a nap before everyone needs me again!!!

Poor Becca has a bit of the stomach flu we think. She went down yesterday no problem, then at 11pm she woke crying. But the cry was a little off, J went in there and she had puked all over! Poor girl vomited 3 more times. She was so tired I changed her sleeper and she did not even wake up =(

Then today, she has had a few bouts of very loose poo! Plus, she is not eating well at all. I hope she feels better soon!

Besides the stomach flu, Becca had a great day! We went to our friends Char & Kate’s place for a playdate!! It was a wonderful day out so the lil munchkins waded in the pool and played outside! J & I totally have to get a small pool for Becca. She loved playing in the one there!

Once home both of us crashed into slumber for a couple hours. Becca so did not eat much for dinner but is in a good mood, playing with Daddy!

OMG! This morning cause she kinda smelled like puke, she went into the shower with J and loved it! We had tried the shower thing a few months ago but she hated it! Good to see if we are in a hurry or camping or traveling that she can take a shower with us!
